Antique moorish brass ladle
$80.00
Unique brass ladle from the early 1900's (or earlier), from a flea market in Spain. It was probably used to measure incense or similar and place it in the burner. It has a slender long handle with a "rat tail" finish and a lovely geometrical engraved design in the Moorish style. The bowl is smooth in the outside (convex) surface and engraved with a geometrical design in the inside (concave) surface. It has no markings to identify the maker. Measures 6.5 x 2 x 1 inches.
A wonderful special item for a collector, and also a great decorative piece for a fireplace or rustic kitchen.
